The Swan and Dolphin hotels are connected by a breezy outdoor causeway, easily navigated and flanked on each side by Lake Buena Vista. Sessions and breaks will be in each hotel. The General Sessions will be in the Dolphin, while Registration, Exhibits and the Bookstore will be in the Swan. A quick outdoor walk under the covered causeway can be expected on the way to morning or afternoon sessions.

Florida weather is typically mild in November and should be warm enough for swimming in each of the hotels' pools. Afterhours events will take place outside, weather permitting, so don't forget to bring a light jacket!

There is one health club in each hotel for your fitness needs as well as Running or Walking Trails on the property.  The nearby Disney Boardwalk also offers plenty of opportunities to walk, shop and dine all within minutes of each hotel. You can access the Boardwalk by water taxi or by the pedistrian bridge near the Swan hotel.
