             HOW TO REGISTER

Register online via credit/debit card or you may complete the 2020 ATSA Conference Registration Form and Instructions and return it with full payment in U.S. funds by check, money order, or credit/debit card. Payment must accompany the registration form. Registration and payment must be received in the ATSA office on or before October 13, 2020.  Download a PDF copy of the registration brochure:

PURCHASE ORDERS
Agency purchase orders for registration fees must receive prior authorization from ATSA before they will be accepted. Send an email to office@atsa.com or call 503-643-1023 to request purchase order authorization. Completed purchase orders, including registration forms, must be received in the ATSA office on or before October 13. There is a $25.00 service charge per purchase order.


REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee covers all three days of the conference – October 21-23, 2020 – including plenary and poster sessions. Registration fees are:

ALL Students*:

*Students who are non-members must enclose an official statement from their university’s registrar indicating a minimum of half-time enrollment in an academic program. A student ID is not sufficient to verify status, unless the status is noted on the ID card. ATSA student members are not required to include status verification. MEMBERSHIP AND REDUCED REGISTRATION FEES

Non-members can receive member conference rates by applying for ATSA membership on or before the day they register for the conference.

Complete the membership application at www.atsa.com and submit the application fee, dues for 2020, and supporting documents to the ATSA office. All applications or supporting documents received after October 5, 2020, will be reviewed after the conference for 2021 membership consideration. Email Tegan Waring, ATSA Membership Coordinator, at: tegan@atsa.com if you have any questions about applying for membership.             



             AFFILIATE ORGANIZATION DISCOUNTS

ATSA membership rates are extended as a courtesy to members of ANZATSA, NL-ATSA, NOTA, IATSO, Contras.TI, FFCRIAVS, and APSAC. Please note on the registration form if you are a member of any of these organizations.


GROUP DISCOUNTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS

Group discounts and scholarships will not be offered in 2020.


CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be issued for non-attenance. All requests must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to office@atsa.com before October 13th. 


SPECIAL NEEDS

Please email office@atsa.com or call 503-643-1023 to request special accommodations to participate in the conference.


SESSION SELECTION

ATSA asks that you select sessions at the time you register so that conference planners can determine the general level of interest and the technical support that may be needed for each virtual “room.” However, this does not mean you are required to attend the same sessions in October. You can attend anything you’d like, since there are no room size limits this year! You have plenty of time to get that comfy chair or mat and browse the program at your leisure. You can choose which session to attend at any time before that session starts.


ATTENDANCE

This year, for the first time ever, ATSA is coming to you. No need to pack a suitcase or worry about making that flight! Just look for your emailed invitation October 19, 2020, which will allow you to enter the conference site. The confirmation will be emailed to the email address you used to register. Once you receive your invitation, it’s just a “one click and you’re there” trip to the virtual platform.


CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

To receive Continuing Education credits, you must attend for at least 80% of a session to receive credits for that session.  


SESSION SCHEDULE

Three sessions are offered each day in addition to the plenary and poster sessions. All sessions are included in the conference fee Sessions will follow the posted schedule in Pacific Daylight Savings Time (GMT – 7).  CONVERT YOUR TIME ZONE HERE


CONFIRMATION

All registrations will be confirmed by ATSA within one week of receipt of the registration form. The confirmation will serve as your receipt of payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please email office@atsa.com or call 503-643-1023.
