    Continuing Education 

    Continuing Education is being coordinated and sponsored by the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers. Continuing Education Surveys will be provided to attendees with 80% or more attendance in any single session. Upon completion of the surveys, a downloadable Continuing Education Credits certificate will be awarded. 
     


    Conference Goals and Objectives
    The goal of the Annual Research and Treatment Conference is to advance the knowledge and skills of professionals providing services in the field of sexual abuse.

    With interdisciplinary approaches, the sessions will present current and relevant research and explore the implications for its use in clinical intervention, proactive intervention techniques and the implementation of solutions to advance the scope of sexual abuse treatment, management and prevention.
     


    Psychologists
    The Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) (Provider #1966) is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer Continuing Education for psychologists. Attendance at the Pre-Conference Seminars earns 4 CE credits for a full-day session; 2 CE credits for a half-day session. Attendance at the 2 day concurrent conference earns 11 credits. ATSA maintains responsibility for this program and its content. 
     

    LCSW’s and MFCC’s
    ‚Äč
    Application, for a maximum of 17 credits, is also being made to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Social Workers should check with their state board to determine if accreditation from NASW is accepted in their states. Attendance at Pre-Conference Seminars earns 4 CE credits for a full-day session, 2 CE credits for a half-day session. Attendance at the 2 day conference earns 11 credits.

     

     Certified Counselors 
     Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education       Provider, ACEP No. 6365. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. ATSA is solely responsible for all     aspects of the programs.  Attending Pre-Conference Seminars earns 4 CE hours for a full-day session and 2 CE hours for a half-day session.  Attending the 2 day conference earns 11 hours.  

     
      
     

    Please be advised that the 2020 ATSA Conference Continuing Education Surveys will be available for 6 months only.  
    Access to the surveys will expire on April 25, 2021.


    Beginning with the 2009 conference, ATSA is providing continuing education for the annual ATSA research and treatment conference.

    For 2014 - 2019 CEs re-prints, use your registration email and password to log in. If you are unsure of your password use the 'lost password?' link to set a new password.

    Once logged in, click on the 'Attendee Center' link, then 'Surveys' to complete the CE surveys for the specific year. Be sure to print and save the PDF of your CE certificate.
